You'll work closely with clients to identify opportunities for improvement, develop action plans, and monitor progress, ensuring that our strategies deliver measurable results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sustainable business strategies that drive financial performance and positive environmental impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and sustainability audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Create and deliver presentations and reports to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of sustainable business initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sustainable business and environmental management.
• Work with clients to develop and implement sustainability training programs for their employees.
• Participate in the development and implementation of EcoVista Solutions Indonesia's sustainability initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainable business strategy, environmental management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards, including ISO 14001, EMAS, and other relevant certifications.
• Proficient in using sustainability software and tools, such as SAP EHS, EnviroInsite, and other relevant platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the Bangka Belitung archipelago and its unique environmental challenges and opportunities.
