Operations Manager - Parking Services

SOS Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager - Parking Services to lead our team in managing parking operations across key locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. As an Operations Manager - Parking Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our parking facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient service for our customers. You will work closely with a team of parking attendants and supervisors to manage parking operations, resolve customer complaints, and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of parking facilities in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Manage a team of parking attendants and supervisors, providing training and support as needed.
• Monitor parking space availability and implement strategies to optimize space utilization.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce parking policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze parking operations data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure the safety and security of parking facilities and vehicles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in parking operations management or a related role.
• Proven experience in managing teams and implementing operational improvements.
• Strong knowledge of parking management software, such as ParkMobile or ParkWhiz.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and experience driving in Bali.
• Familiarity with local regulations and best practices in the tourism industry.
