This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals fluent in Mandarin who are passionate about maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting our supply chain operations. Based in Cilincing, Jakarta Raya, you will work closely with our Chinese-speaking suppliers and customers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient inventory management.

In this role, you will be responsible for tracking inventory levels, managing stock movements, and ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly. You will use our advanced inventory management software, including SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management System), to monitor stock levels, process orders, and generate reports. Your ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin will be crucial in coordinating with our suppliers and customers, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and WMS.
• Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock levels and reordering.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers in Mandarin to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to improve inventory management processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or WMS is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
• Basic understanding of construction equipment and machinery is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to suppliers and customers as needed.
