As Event Staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the event runs smoothly and delightfully. You'll work closely with our team to manage various aspects of the event, from setting up the venue to engaging with guests and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in setting up and managing the event venue, ensuring it's ready for our guests.
• Engage with attendees, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring they have a memorable experience.
• Work with our team to manage ticket sales, check-ins, and other administrative tasks.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages, ensuring our guests are well-fed and hydrated.
• Help with the organization of various activities and workshops throughout the event.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to promote the event and engage with potential attendees.
• Ensure the event runs smoothly and efficiently, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in event management, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse range of people.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with coffee and the coffee industry is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali.
• Enthusiasm and passion for the coffee industry and community events.
