You'll be responsible for managing employee records, handling recruitment and onboarding, and providing support to the HR team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and ensure accuracy of HR data using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document management and data entry.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR reports and metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
