📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across various business units.
• Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits.
• Monitor and analyze operational risk data using tools such as SAS, Tableau, or similar software.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operational risk management.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on operational risk awareness and mitigation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably in a fintech or financial services environment.
• Professional certifications such as Certified in Risk Management (CRM), Certified in Risk (CIR), or similar are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
