🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business operations and sourcing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, policies, and procedures, as well as the Trust & Safety landscape.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
