📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of digital infrastructure projects, including broadband expansion, smart city initiatives, and digital governance platforms.
• Lead and manage a team of digital experts, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to deliver high-quality work.
• Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with provincial and national goals, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and citizen engagement.
• Monitor and report on project progress, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with government agencies, tech companies, and local communities to drive digital transformation and foster a culture of digital empowerment.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the digital ecosystem of Bangka Belitung.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork among all stakeholders.
• Represent the Bangka Belitung Digital Authority at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote digital initiatives and build strategic partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Governance, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or a similar role within the government or tech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering digital projects, with a focus on innovation and citizen engagement.
• Strong understanding of digital infrastructure, e-governance, and digital literacy programs.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira, and digital governance platforms like OpenGov or Socrata.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms to effectively engage with stakeholders and the public.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
