📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the Palm Kernel Shell processing mill, ensuring efficient and safe production.
• Manage and mentor a team of operators and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage raw material procurement and product distribution.
• Maintain compliance with environmental regulations and implement sustainable practices.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving data-driven decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Palm Kernel Shell processing industry.
• Proven track record of managing and leading teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of quality control and safety standards in the manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as SAP, ERP, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant quality and environmental standards is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
