📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of associates to ensure high standards of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing and promotional activities.,Maintain a clean and safe work environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Participate in inventory management and cost control measures.,Support the General Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
