Pusat Dian Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. We are a popular café in Cilegon, Banten, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing the café's operations, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with orders and ensure they receive the best possible service.,Manage the café's operations, including stocking shelves, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers.,Work with the team to ensure that all café policies and procedures are followed.,Promote the café's products and services to customers.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is a plus.,Familiarity with coffee and café operations is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.,Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
