📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
  • Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in the F&B industry
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English
