📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections and tests to ensure products meet our standards.,Reviewing production processes to identify and implement improvements.,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation.,Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues.,Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.,Providing training and guidance to junior quality control staff.,Analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Working closely with the R&D team to develop new quality control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Experience with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.,Understanding of production processes and manufacturing techniques.
