📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize the procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities and performance.
  • Lead and mentor junior procurement staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • German language skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with international procurement practices and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
