📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management.,Plan and organize special events, promotions, and menus.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
