Store Bit Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with company policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances,Coordinate with the management team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in the development and implementation of HR training programs,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices,Support the HR manager in various HR projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools
