📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand hiring needs and provide input on recruitment strategies.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on best practices for recruitment and hiring.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
