📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional service to guests in various roles, including Server, Kitchen Helper, Dishwasher, Room Attendant, and Housekeeping.
• Assist in food preparation and cooking in the kitchen, ensuring high-quality meals are served to guests.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
• Maintain and clean guest rooms, ensuring they are ready for the next guests.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks, including laundry, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, as well as hotel policies and procedures.
• Be available for on-call shifts as needed, ensuring coverage during peak times and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) with or without assistance.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
