📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing team, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols.,Coordinate patient care plans, including assessments, treatments, and follow-ups.,Educate and mentor junior nurses, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, providing feedback to the medical team as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.,Manage and allocate nursing resources efficiently to meet patient needs and facility goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a clinical setting.,Certification as a Lead Nurse or equivalent experience.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
