Hotel Elsa Tea is looking for a Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and performance of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that enhance the skills and performance of employees.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training programs.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers to ensure that training programs align with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
