Puskesmas Anggi Health Center is seeking a motivated and passionate Junior Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our healthcare professionals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs and materials for healthcare professionals.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to identify training needs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the healthcare sector.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
