📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Facilitate employee training and development programs, including workshops and seminars.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are followed and enforced.,Support the HR manager in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a mining or industrial company.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
