📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a harmonious work environment.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with management to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
