📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and launch new bakery products that align with market trends and consumer preferences.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new products meet quality and innovation standards.
• Analyze sales data and market performance to make informed decisions.
• Manage the product lifecycle from development to market introduction and post-launch support.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote new bakery products.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in category development, product management, or related roles in the F&B industry.
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and product development.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with food safety and quality standards.
• Certification in food safety or quality management is a plus.
