📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Set and clear tables efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all utensils, glassware, and tableware are in perfect condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, walls, and equipment.
• Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, ensuring that all items are presented neatly and in a timely manner.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Ensure that all equipment and utensils are sanitized and maintained in good working order.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, health and safety regulations, and food handling guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Busser or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and utensils, and an understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including tables and equipment, with ease.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus, but not strictly required.
