As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, marketing, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.,Manage and mentor a team of sales and customer service representatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on branch performance metrics.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of local market trends and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
