📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the shop floor, including stocking products and maintaining a clean and organized environment.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering product-related questions.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.,Support the Shop Assistant in managing promotions, discounts, and special offers.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in inventory checks and restocking activities.,Assist in maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education (SMA/SMK).,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using retail software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods.
