📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide immediate medical care to passengers in distress, including administering first aid and emergency treatments.
- Assist with emergency evacuations and coordinate with other healthcare professionals and airport staff.
- Monitor and manage medical supplies, ensuring they are stocked and ready for use.
- Conduct regular health screenings and wellness checks for passengers.
- Document all medical incidents and treatments, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Assist with the setup and operation of medical equipment, such as defibrillators and oxygen tanks.
- Provide medical advice and support to passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Participate in emergency drills and training sessions to maintain and improve medical readiness.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or emergency medical setting.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (SIP/SINR) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using emergency medical equipment and first aid supplies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to patient safety.
