Express Food Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Admin Staff to join our team in Badung, Bali. This is an immediate opening, so if you're ready to start right away, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing office administration tasks including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records.,Assisting with the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and other communications.,Handling administrative tasks related to employee records, such as onboarding, offboarding, and updating employee information.,Providing support to the management team with data entry, database management, and other administrative tasks.,Maintaining the office inventory and ordering supplies as needed.,Assisting with event planning and coordination, including setting up meeting rooms and coordinating with vendors.,Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.,Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and other administrative tasks related to accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Keen eye for detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.
