Star Local Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our banquet events run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events.,Manage event logistics, including guest lists, seating arrangements, and catering.,Ensure the smooth operation of events by overseeing setup, service, and breakdown.,Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during events.,Prepare and present reports on event performance and guest feedback.,Assist in the training and development of new Banquet Staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or hospitality.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
