📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve daily production targets.,Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.,Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure product standards are met.,Conduct regular inspections of production equipment to identify and address any issues.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and product quality.,Provide training and support to new employees to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role.,Proven track record of managing production processes and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production software and equipment is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.,Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is a bonus.
