Oversee the daily operations of the port facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in port management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of port operations and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with ERP or port management software is a plus.
