📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.,Conduct regular employee training and development programs.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Coordinate with senior management to address HR-related issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in managing HR functions in a multi-cultural environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
