📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the sales and marketing activities in Majalengka, Jawa Barat.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attend and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
