🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, maritime studies, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of shipping operations, including vessel management, cargo handling, and logistics.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,A valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
