📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse policies.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.,Manage warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.,Develop and implement warehouse improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of warehousing best practices and technologies.,Proven track record of managing inventory and logistics operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
