📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the sales process by providing product information and answering customer inquiries.
  • Manage customer inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure timely responses.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of sales records and databases.
  • Support the sales team in preparing and presenting sales proposals and reports.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions to drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and potential customers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
